Terms & Conditions
These are the terms you're agreeing to when you buy from Levulo. They cover how orders work, how subscriptions renew, what happens if you change your mind, and what your legal rights are.
We've written them in plain English rather than legal boilerplate. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under UK consumer law. Where the two ever conflict, the law wins.
If anything here isn't clear, email us at hello@levulo.co.uk and we'll explain it.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Levulo is operated by Levulo Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 16999409
VAT number: 514 6318 07
Registered office and trading address: Elmwood House, York Road, Kirk Hammerton, York, YO26 8DH, United Kingdom
Email: hello@levulo.co.uk
Contact form: levulo.co.uk/contact
We don't run a phone line. Email is the fastest way to reach us and we answer within one working day. When we need to contact you, we'll use the email address or delivery address you gave us at checkout.
2. About these terms
These terms apply to every order you place with us through levulo.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Placing an order means you accept them.
We'd suggest saving or printing a copy. We may update these terms from time to time (see clause 19), and the version that applies to your order is the version on this page at the moment you place it.
Our products are sold for personal use. We don't sell for resale, and we may refuse orders that look like they're for resale (see clause 11).
You must be at least 18 to buy from us.
3. How we form a contract with you
Ordering works like this:
You add Foundation to your basket and choose a one-time purchase or a subscription.
You complete checkout, which is hosted securely by Shopify at shop.levulo.co.uk.
We email you an order confirmation. This is an acknowledgement that we've received your order, not acceptance of it.
We email you a dispatch confirmation. The contract between us is formed at this point, and only for the products listed in that email.
If we can't accept your order, because a product is out of stock, because there's been a pricing or description error, because your delivery address is outside the UK, or because we couldn't take payment, we'll tell you by email and won't charge you. If you've already been charged, we'll refund you in full.
We'll assign an order number to your order. Please quote it whenever you contact us about it.
The contract is concluded in English.
4. Our products
Foundation is a food supplement, not a medicine. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it shouldn't be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Don't exceed the recommended daily intake.
Before you order, please check the product page and the information on the pouch.
In particular:
Foundation isn't suitable for under-18s, or if you're pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
If you take prescription medication or have an existing medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking it.
Full ingredient and allergen information is listed on the product page and on the pouch. Check it before you take anything, including on every new pouch.
If what you're dealing with is seriously affecting your daily life, a GP is the right first call.
Product photography and packaging images are illustrative. Packaging design may vary between batches.
We may need to change a formulation to reflect a change in law, guidance, or ingredient supply. If we make a change that materially affects the product, we'll tell subscribers by email before your next order is placed, and you can cancel before it's charged.
If we ever withdraw or recall a batch, we'll email everyone we sent it to as quickly as we can, tell you what to do with it, and either refund or replace it, whichever you prefer. Please don't take a product we've asked you to stop taking.
5. Price and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Free UK standard delivery is included in every price. There's no separate delivery charge to add at checkout.
Current prices for Daily Foundation Gummies:
One-time purchase — £32
Subscription, first order — £19
Subscription, every order after that — £25, every 30 days
We take payment when your order is placed. For subscriptions, that means we take payment each time a renewal order is placed (see clause 7).
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, currently card payments via Shopify Payments, and PayPal. The methods we accept may change from time to time. Whatever is shown at checkout at the moment you order is what's available.
Price changes. We can change our prices, but a change never affects an order that's already been placed. If we change the price of a subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel or pause at any point before it takes effect.
Pricing errors. We try hard to price things correctly, but errors happen. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown when you ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If a pricing error is obvious and you could reasonably have spotted it, we don't have to supply the product at the wrong price.
6. Discount codes and promotions
One discount code per order. Codes can't be combined with each other, or with the introductory subscription price, unless we say otherwise.
The £19 introductory price is available once per customer and applies to your first subscription order only. If you cancel and subscribe again later, your subscription starts at £25. If you pause a subscription and restart it, it continues at £25 — pausing doesn't restart the introductory price.
Codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. We can withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and doing so never affects an order you've already placed. If you return an order bought with a discount, we refund what you actually paid.
We may cancel an order or close an account where a code has clearly been used in a way it wasn't meant to be, for example creating multiple accounts to reuse an introductory price.
7. Subscription
There's no minimum term and no contract. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time.
How renewals work. Your subscription renews automatically. Your next order is placed 30 days after your previous order, and dispatched the next working day. Because every order takes the same time to reach you, your next pouch should arrive roughly 30 days after the last one, around the time you finish the pouch you're on.
What you'll pay. £19 for your first order, then £25 for every order after that, taken on the day each renewal order is placed.
We'll remind you. We email you before each renewal, telling you the date it's due and the amount we'll charge.
Skipping, pausing, changing or cancelling. You can do all of this yourself in your account, at any time, for free, without giving a reason and without having to speak to anyone. You can also email hello@levulo.co.uk and we'll do it for you.
The cut-off. If you skip, pause or cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, your next order won't be placed and you won't be charged. Inside that 24-hour window your order may already have been placed and packed. If that happens we'll still have sent it, but you keep your 14-day right to change your mind about that order under clause 9, and we'll help you sort it out.
Running early or running out. If you're going through pouches faster or slower than expected, you can bring your next order forward or push it back in your account. Nothing about the schedule is fixed.
If a payment fails. We'll email you and try again over the following few days. If it still doesn't go through, we'll pause your subscription rather than keep retrying, and let you know. Your subscription stays paused until you update your payment details.
If we end a subscription. We may stop supplying a product, for example if we discontinue it. If that happens, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and won't charge you for anything we don't send.
8. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We don't currently ship internationally.
Standard delivery is free on every order and is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We dispatch within one working day of your order, and delivery usually takes 3–5 days from the day you order. Full detail, including cut-off times, working days, tracking, and what to do if a parcel doesn't arrive, is on our Shipping page.
Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. If we can't deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full.
Please check your delivery address is correct before you order. Once a parcel has been dispatched we can't change the address or redirect it.
If nobody's available and the parcel can't be left safely, Royal Mail will follow its usual process: a delivery card, a redelivery attempt, or a local collection point. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we'll email you and either resend it, with postage payable by you, or refund the order less our original postage cost.
Risk and ownership. The products become your responsibility from the moment they're delivered to the address you gave us. You own them once we've received payment in full.
9. Changing your mind
You have a legal right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This applies to every order, including subscription renewal orders.
The window. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you're cancelling. You don't need to give a reason.
The important exception. The law allows us not to accept returns of sealed goods that aren't suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once they've been unsealed. Our pouches are sealed for exactly that reason. So once the seal on a pouch is broken, we can't take it back under this right. Unopened pouches with the seal intact can be returned.
How to cancel. Email hello@levulo.co.uk with your order number, or use the cancellation form on our Returns page. Either is fine. The form just makes sure you don't miss anything.
Sending it back. Once you've told us, send the products back within 14 days. You pay the cost of return postage on a change-of-mind return. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the products back, or within 14 days of you giving us proof of postage, whichever comes first. Refunds go to the payment method you used.
Full detail, including the return address and the cancellation form, is on our Returns page.
This clause is about changing your mind. If something's wrong with the product, clause 10 applies instead and you're better off there.
10. If something is faulty, damaged or wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what we send you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't, you have rights that these terms don't affect
In short:
Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject a faulty product and get a full refund.
After 30 days, we'll replace it. If a replacement isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, you're entitled to a refund.
If a parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item is inside, tell us and we'll put it right.
Email hello@levulo.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We don't need you to send an opened pouch back at your own expense. Where something's genuinely faulty, we cover the cost of return or don't ask for it back at all.
For free, independent advice on your rights, contact the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.
11. When we can refuse or end an order
We may refuse an order, or end a contract, if:
the product is out of stock;
there's been an obvious pricing or description error;
the delivery address is outside the UK;
we can't take payment;
we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent, or is for resale rather than personal use; or
someone behaves abusively towards our team.
If we do this after you've paid, we'll refund you in full for anything we haven't sent.
12. Your account and use of our site
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself and make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Please don't misuse the site. No attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated data collection, nothing that damages or disrupts it, and no using it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken.
13. Intellectual property
The Levulo name, logo, packaging, photography, copy, and the design of this site belong to Levulo Labs Ltd or are used under licence. You can look at
them and share links to our pages. You can't copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
14. Our responsibility for loss or damage
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of that failure. Loss is foreseeable if it's obvious it'll happen, or if we both knew it might when the contract was formed.
We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for losses connected to using our products for a business purpose. We supply for personal use only.
We don't exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so.
That includes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; and
your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Foundation is a food supplement, not medical treatment or advice. It's your responsibility to check it's suitable for you before taking it and to follow the guidance in clause 4, subject always to the rights above, which nothing here affects.
15. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by something outside our reasonable control: carrier disruption, supply failures, extreme weather, fire, flood, industrial action, or similar.
If something like that happens, we'll contact you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to limit the delay. If the delay is substantial, you can cancel and we'll refund you for anything we haven't sent.
16. Complaints
If something's gone wrong, email hello@levulo.co.uk with your order number and what's happened.
We'll acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
We'll aim to resolve it within ten working days, and tell you if it's going to take longer.
If we can't resolve it. We're not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme, so if you're unhappy with our final response we won't be able to refer your complaint to an ADR body. You can get free, independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133, and you keep the right to take the matter to court (see clause 18).
17. Other important terms
Transferring the contract. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We'll tell you in writing if that happens, and it won't affect your rights. You can only transfer your rights to someone else if we agree in writing.
Third parties. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else has any rights to enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Severability. Each of these clauses operates separately. If a court decides any of them is unlawful, the rest stay in force.
Delay isn't waiver. If we don't insist that you do something you're required to do under these terms, or if we're slow to act about something you've done wrong, that doesn't stop us doing so later.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute can be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law, in our products, or in how we operate. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
The version that applies to your order is the version on this page at the moment you place it. Changing these terms doesn't change an order you've already placed.
If we make a change that materially affects an active subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
20. Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we'll send you text messages. This clause covers how that works, and it applies alongside the rest of these terms.
Opting in is optional. You never have to give us your number, and you don't need to be signed up to text messages to buy anything from us. Consenting isn't a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 or over to opt in.
What we'll send. Two kinds of message:
Service messages about an order you've placed — dispatch and delivery updates, subscription renewal reminders, and account notices.
Marketing messages — offers, restock notices, and reminders about a basket you didn't finish.
You can consent to marketing messages separately from service messages, and opting out of one doesn't opt you out of the other. How often we message varies.
What it costs. We don't charge for text messages, but your mobile network may. Standard message and data rates apply depending on your plan. Check with your network if you're not sure.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message from us, at any time. We'll send one confirmation message and then stop. You can also email hello@levulo.co.uk and we'll take you off the list.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@levulo.co.uk.
Your number. Please give us a mobile number that's yours, and let us know if it changes. If you move to a new number you'll need to opt in again with it, because we have no way of knowing the old one has moved on. If we change the number or sender name we message from, we'll tell you — messages you send to an old number may not reach us.
Delivery isn't guaranteed. Mobile networks sometimes delay messages, deliver them out of order, or don't deliver them at all, and that's outside our control. We're not responsible for that, or for messages that don't arrive. This doesn't limit our responsibility in the ways set out in clause 14, and it doesn't change anything we're separately required to tell you about your order.
Changes to text messaging. We may change or withdraw this service. If we make a change that materially affects it, we'll tell you — and you can opt out at any time regardless.
Your privacy. How we collect, use and store your mobile number is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse an order, or end a contract, if:
the product is out of stock;
there's been an obvious pricing or description error;
the delivery address is outside the UK;
we can't take payment;
we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent, or is for resale rather than personal use; or
someone behaves abusively towards our team.
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken.

them and share links to our pages.
That includes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; and
your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
